Who is Parkhouse Collective?
Parkhouse Collective is the managing agent for National Parks Board event spaces across Singapore: Fort Canning Park, HortPark, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Jurong Lake Gardens, and more. We are a proud brand under 1-Group.
What additional services does Parkhouse Collective provide?
We provide professional planning services for your events, including coordinating and providing logistic support. Contact our Venue Management team for more information.
Do you facilitate bookings for other National Parks Board venues?
Parkhouse Collective manages bookings for Fort Canning Park, HortPark, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Jurong Lake Gardens, and 8 other parks. For venues outside our managed portfolio, please book directly via the National Parks Board booking portal.
Is there a minimum booking time block?
Fort Canning Park has a minimum booking of one (1) full day. For HortPark and Singapore Botanic Gardens, the minimum booking is four (4) hours. Jurong Lake Gardens also requires a minimum of 4 hours.
Does Parkhouse Collective provide catering, decorations, and AV services?
Hirers are free to engage any vendors of their own preference. As a value-added service, Parkhouse Collective, the weddings & events arm of 1-Group which runs 10 properties across Singapore, can also provide in-house catering from a range of cuisines: Western · Italian · Spanish · Mediterranean · Chinese · Asian. We also offer access to our curated consortium of trusted partners at compendium rates, exclusively for hirers who book a venue with us.

Bookings
How do I book a venue?
All bookings must be made two (2) months prior to the event date. Contact the respective park's venue management team directly via the contact details on our Contact page.
Do I need to include set-up and tear-down time?
Yes. Please include your set-up and tear-down time into your booking time frame. Check with your suppliers on the time they require.
Are site visits necessary?
Site visits are strongly recommended. Make an appointment with our friendly Venue Management staff who will be happy to show you around and advise on the booking procedure.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 20% cancellation charge applies for cancellations made 30+ days before the event. The full usage fee is charged for cancellations made less than 30 days prior.
Safety
What are the dos and don'ts in the parks?
Please refer to National Parks Board Terms and Conditions for the specific dos and don'ts for each park. A copy can be obtained from the Venue Management staff.
Are there licenses or permits I need to apply for?
The Venue Hirer must obtain any licence, approval, or permit from relevant authorities at their cost, including the Singapore Police Force, SCDF, NEA, and other applicable agencies.
Do I have to do my own risk assessment?
Yes. All Venue Hirers must conduct their own Risk Assessment and submit to the National Parks Board upon request.
