Terms & conditions

Booking conditions for HortPark, set by the National Parks Board.

1. 1 Venues cannot be booked on Mondays. Outdoor venues cannot be booked on public holidays.
2. 2 Venues cannot be booked before 8am or after 10pm.
3. 3 The Exhibition Gallery is available on a full-day basis (8am–10pm) from Tuesday to Friday, and from 6pm to 10pm only at weekends.
4. 4 Each booking must be for a minimum of 4 hours, including catering and logistics set-up and tear-down, in these time blocks: 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, or 6pm–10pm. Hourly add-on rates apply for hours outside a standard block. Full-day bookings may use the venue from 8am–10pm.
5. 5 Sound checks and music are not permitted before 9.30am or after 9pm.
6. 6 The National Parks Board reserves the right to approve or reject an application, without reason, and confirms a booking only on receipt of the completed Venue Booking Form with full payment.
7. 7 The National Parks Board will only consider a booking for the Ad Hoc Event Space if it is accompanied by a booking of other resources.
8. 8 Wireless@SG is available inside the venues. Register your account with your preferred telco (M1, Singtel, StarHub or Y5Zone).
9. 9 Parkhouse Collective is appointed by the National Parks Board to manage bookings at this park.
